@SW-User so ruin something small and if someone happens to be around, once you embraced your anger, if you explained to them you're working through something, they'd understand and be supportive. Wouldn't you if some said " hey, sorry, didnt mean to (fill in the blank) im just working through some stuff..."
I mean, imagine seeing someone struggling like you, what would you do to support you?
Most people are more understanding than we realize.
