Im most likely going to have to get dressed and go to the hospital because i just dont feel right [I Am Feeling Upset]

I was sleeping fine and all of a sudden my body felt cold but sweaty at the same time. I then felt kinda numb and had issues breathing. I threw my blanket off which helped some and I've got the breathing under control but I still don't feel right
