My child turned 1 two months ago and since his birth I have been getting extreme nostalgia, i look though my highschool yearbook almost everyday, i contact people from middleschool, i watch shows from my childhood and im activly seeking room decor...

Yes, almost daily. For a while, I thought I was going through a midlife crisis—but maybe it’s just nostalgia hitting hard.
At times I cry as well.

Not sure. I drive old vans and trucks that were on the road when I was a kid. I don't participate in much of whats going on now. Not sure if that's nostalgia or just a continuation of the way things just are.
