The other kids were distracting the teacher while the lone kid did something foolish. Unfortunate!
There was also a sad case in Toronto where the teacher took kindergarten kids to a park. A big tree suddenly fell and killed one of the kids. This was a total accident.

@Fromyesterday: I didn't say they were distracting him on purpose so the lone kid could try something. The teacher was distracted nonetheless.

@Peekaboo: yeah what makes me angry is that there are people who blame the teacher for his carelessness and not looking after him but it was definitely not his fault or anyone's fault the kid was just playing and accidentally fell the poor teacher was distracted by kids and had nothing to do with it.
