I did like an hour and a half today. feels good, and soon.i'll go have a beer at the terrace of my ex coworker she lives nearby..

this is the whole root and I cut it into circular pieces. That on top is pickled cucumber don't judge lol

@Boeing Ohhh, see, when you said celery root pizza, I thought you meant dough with celery root on top.

But the celery root replaces the crust!

And pickles on top sounds good!
