Love is not an emotion. Love is commitment. Once you find that commitment you can discern what that love meant.
Many people does NOT see that love grows when it has commitment.

@SabOrsetti Absolutely! Agree with all. Love is a verb because it is an active, ongoing choice and a commitment, rather than just a passing feeling. It requires consistent action—such as caring, sacrificing, listening, and forgiving—to nurture and maintain a relationship.
"It is steady, committed, and responsible. It builds, rather than extracts. It remains, rather than withdraws when convenience changes."
And you're right. Not all committed relationships work. That can bring the question around again if the person was committed in the first place but there's many things that can happen on both sides so we can't really say.

May people get whom they love or who they want to spend their life with.

Love strengthens us. Love teaches us how to respect ourselves. Love teaches calmness under all circumstances. Love turns unhappiness, anxiousness, negative feelings into Happiness, calmness and Positive feelings. We know from with in when we get that person. And Finding one is straight Blessings from The Lord in this transactional world.

@DanielsASJ Love teaches us not only to respect ourselves but our partner equally respectfully.

I heard a psychologist being interviewed on TV and she said that the partner that loves the least holds the most power in the relationship. So sad to trap someone in a marriage like that. The one that loves the most is holding onto hope. It is a waste of time if they are deliberating manipulating them for power.
