The day I invited Jesus into my heart in life as my personal Savior. The Holy Spirit opened my spiritual eyes and then I was able to understand many things, mostly the Bible. I was shown things I had never seen before. Even a glimpse of Heaven. If someone had told me this could happen, I never would have believed them, but it happened to me and made a believer out of me, real quick. My spirit and my life was transformed by the Holy Spirit, in an instant. I remember it as if it were yesterday, yet it happened on July 21st, 1973, and I'll never forget it as long as I live; the power of God and that he is real. The Bible is a plethora of sound wisdom and spiritual light to our eyes. Our pure guide. A light unto our path, a lamp unto our feet.
