A few years ago when i was still in foster arond 2 am I'm up looked out the window saw something blue out in the yard. I'm thinking that's odd then it starts moving. I went out and found a kid in blue pjs.Maybe 2 years old. Scooped him up brought him in asked his name but he didn't seem to understand ,his feet were cold and wet. Called the sheriff we went all over the neighborhood trying to see if anyone lost a kid . Long story short his parents showed up at 5 pm the next day. Took them that long to even report him missing .
