I can identify. For myself it was a brain injury that set me back to a childlike mind. Im relying heavily on family to relearn the lessons of life ive forgotten.
Perhaps simply learning maturity will restore your adult mind. Lots of learning on youtube; for example! Maybe try a psychologist of community college classes?

@lonewolflegends well it is good you know yourself and recognize your limits. That being said there is much to say for developments in stem cell therapy. Perhaps soon that might be viable for you and me alike.

@exchrist I don't think my brain functions the way a usual non disabled adult would normally function

@lonewolflegends likewise but its learmed too. I think so. The norms society recognizes are steadily being revealed as fictional. So try not to be too hard on yourself. Eh?

I'm sorry blame it on your parents they never made you take accountability for your actions most likely therefore you don't think you can do anything wrong without it being someone else's fault just like here you're behavior is not your fault it is blamed on every disorder they can think of.

@lonewolflegends first of all doctors and psychologists a lot of them give the patient whatever they're really wanting so they'll leave them alone did you go get a second opinion or did they give you exactly what you thought you wanted and by wanted I mean an excuse for the way you are and to not take accountability for your actions.
