Ofcourse not, becoming a leader or a follower is just fine, there's nothing bad with either of them at all! You could be a leader who makes the plans and lead people where and how to go, or you could be a follower who helps with the work and support each other, you could be whichever you want and there's nothing to be ashamed of, I've once become both and what I've saw in the most efficiency is cooperation, its completely okay to be what you want and can, you can go and try something new, but you can also don't have to push yourself pass your limits if you think or know you can't, be whoever you want, it's fine! It is for you to decide.

Depends on the situation, who you are, context is everything. I prefer to be an individual.

@JimFarris16 I wonder if that is more a confidence thing

@Morrigan Maybe, although would it be bad if I really wasn't leadership material? I don't know.

@JimFarris16 if that is your correct age, right now its quite normal to feel that way, as you gain experince you will probably start to feel differently

Let me put it like this................the SECOND mouse to get to the trap is the one that gets the cheese.
Basically yes, depending on the audience however, being a free spirit is even better than either of those. 😎

@Nihiless Sometimes I feel like I'm better off being led than leading.
