There’s too many different perspectives on this to find a solution, because there’s too many people on the planet. Few live in communities anymore where people take care of each other. With the ability to be selfish and hoard, and say, I work 70 hours so I’m entitled to be wasteful, humans lie to themselves. We lie about our purpose and our life’s meaning because being superficial is praised beyond words. Yet oftentimes my generosity is abused.

We don’t know how to live anymore. I don’t know how to exist. I have no joy. I have no community, no family and nothing fills the void. I’m easily overlooked, overpowered, yet still somehow overwhelmed by all that’s expected of me.

It’s my opinion, but I don’t like being human anymore. I’d rather die in the wild feeding hungry wolves than be buried with riches and honors.

I’m sad.

I’m over it.

I have observed that too. I understand it's not easy to eliminate food problem in world. I try to not throw/waste single grain of food from my plate. Even though, I don't much donate, but I always try to help if someone needs food to live.

So I realize that some people even working class have a hard time but for others in life that work very hard and can afford things in life there’s no wrong in that, so yeah, it looks unfair from the outside, but I know for myself work week for me is 70 hours in my office so if I have a garage full of cars and mortar bikes I think that’s OK because I work for it

@Funlov but in a way, the system of work is available to you. I don't know. I've moved from Europe and 4 months now I'm in Nepal and I am looking at it differently.
I was seeing it before but now it's next to me, friends that I make, a walk in the neighborhood. You see how burdened people are, how they've been refused to hope. I don't know.

@elafina yes, I agree the worlds in a very hard spot very hard on people I feel for them that’s why I donate to my local food kitchen shelters not always about making a dollar it’s about giving you a dollar to

Yay sweet crepe... That my dear ma'am seems like an existential crisis. However, it's a sobering thought. If we all just wanted to unite as much as each other then there'd be so many possibilities for love filled relations and appreciated generousity.

@MartinTheFirst you know in Asia is a little more obvious than in Europe this that I'm saying.. yeah if everyone wanted nice, it'd be nicer. But most are hurt, closed, afraid.

I'm thinking lately about how I couldn't receive in the past..and how I'm still making progress with it.... how so many either cannot give or cannot receive.

I met this nun today and she told me this story where she taught a beggar to give, cause all he knew was to receive, to take.

@GeistInTheMachine we gotta get more efficient wtf
GeistInTheMachine · 31-35, M
@elafina Humanity has more of a character issue than an efficiency issue, IMO.
elafina · 36-40, F
@GeistInTheMachine you're right. Thanks for this perspective.
But I spoke of efficiency, thinking about change.
I see it as a skewed, distorted body with a fascia issue, amongst else. The smaller active parts need to be moving first, you can't be counting onto the gross, heavy, unmoved parts.
I feel lost of responsibility
