Roof over my head.
Food in my fridge cupboards
Heating...
My family who love and support me....
My dog... And of course my mental health for holding up during these really uncertain times.

I just need like 3 seconds. I am grateful that I am not physically challenged and that my mom is still in my life.

I'm just grateful that I am alive.
That I get to make something of another day.
That I have all that I have and I truly lack for nothing except for the limitations I have created for myself.

It's been a long ride but grateful to be alive and standing where I am. I'mna keep going.

Everything, especially the ones who mistreated me.

To them I say:

The time I get to spend with my kids.
I don't think grateful would be a strong enough word for how I feel about that.

All my family members and children
The place where I live, very peaceful and beautiful.

A job
For being alive.
A roof above my head and food to eat.

So much ....

Loved ones
My home
Food
My job

Everything. Down to the fact that I'm able to see the leaves change colors. The fact that I can choose my meal. The comfort of a bed. Companionship of my dog. complete mobility. Being able to hear. every single thing.

Not to mention having internet and a job. It's amazing.
