Moping is great for a few days or weeks, depending on the cause, but after that it becomes a problem.

@Mordi yeah I can see that haha
I say a little of both. Try to do things if you can especially reaching out to other people. But if you can't it is okay to veg out and heal.
I tend to turtle up and withdraw from people so I actively fight that by forcing myself to socialize.

Maybe just let yourself try to rest for a little. Go back to the things you like later.

Try something new, that you’re not used to.. it usually will give you drive for your passions again, at least somewhat..
It’s also okay to do nothing. However, because of depression the doing nothing becoming a habit can be bad for you too..
Also doing a mental detox can be good. Kind of giving up everything.

Hmm I have also been feeling tireder than usual I do get out to do things but yesterday whole day I felt tired 🤔 I guess if you can get something to do or go out for, you might feel a bit better? Moping is good for a little bit but not if you’re feeling depressed? Hope you get your energy back soon 🤗
