Well, the highly-ranked ones had to start somewhere but many did by gaining a reasonable reputation as staff members somewhere first.

No, it's not easy. Whilst you are free to lance, your would-be lancees are as free to reject, sadly.

Good luck though and hope one day you'll be among the high-ranking.

@Elevatorpitches i do think that people can get rich or successfully but that requires alot of commitment and consistency. And i wont say the word talent
