Smashing the cardio up this week

Drinking way less, only had 2 bottles of beer on Monday, 2 drinks Friday, and 1 glass of wine last night oh and shot of rum

Boom..gonna smash it this week hopefully

I need to start going for my runs. We did Christmas style eating for the whole of January. She will start running from Saturday.

I find it helps to think in intervals. Like running for an hour can be hard but making it to 15 + 15 +15 +15 etc. Is easier and you still run for an hour.
