Work I do comes with with recognition, my frustration lies with a lack of recognition when other people I work with do diddly squat

That probably sums up 64% of the work force. The other 16% do not work hard. The final 20% shy away from recognition completely cuz someone would recognize they’re not doing any work at all!
@Doomflower Well that’s a rarity! Awesome. What do you do?
Doomflower · 41-45, M
@DukeOfEarle I am a registered nurse.
Big time kudos to you! For far too long nurses were the forgotten heroes of modern medicine. They’re the ones who give people a bigger chance of survival than doctors do. And for far less pay. @Doomflower

Common theme my whole life. BUT, I naturally work hard so it all balances out I guess.

I do lots of things with no recognition....I'm an 'under-the-radar' kind of person.
luckranger71 · 51-55, M
No. I work mostly hard with sufficient recognition.
🧐 Any job doing is worth doing it right.

I used to. That’s about to change.

Often. It's all good though
Doomflower · 41-45, M
I get too much recognition honestly.
HannahSky · F
I don't wait for recognition
Paintedfox · 36-40, F
No more @Paintedfox

Wiseacre · F
I don't need it..doing a good job is enough satisfaction!
All my life...but fuck recognition!...who wants to be given kudos by fucken retards anyway?
