Watch funny stuff and laugh. Sometimes I just try and surround myself with people and conversations to distract me. It's important though to address the source of the negative emotions and work toward improving, but sometimes a bit of a distraction can help you get out of a slump.

I dont get sad because I look at the whole situation and think things could be a whole lot worse, and usually I turn negative situations into a positive ones.
