Do you speak tears that need to be shed.... Or silently cry the words that need to be spoken?

I can barely understand English idk

I speak my truth in my featured Posts which describe my emotions and yes the tears shed. Writing helps me acknowledge them as real. Normally something will trigger real tears and it will come from seeing expressed pain in others. 😳

Speak my truth generally. That reduces the need for tears. Though as humans, even well adjusted, we need tears. Of joy, of pain, of nostalgia. It clears our vision.
