Well, it's all about perception again. Human brain is conditioned to listen to what everyone says. When it's said the way it is, we follow it. You cannot stress your point of view any more to these conditioned brains.

Sure, we can learn a lot from each other but who wants to? These people belive everything what goes on in social media and have no clue why they even support it. Their brains are wired to think what others think.

You need to find those kind of people and it's hard, trust me.
