Want vs Need... Would you rather be wanted or needed by someone ?! Everyone says you...

I would rather somone WANT me than NEEDED however it is nice to feel needed...I dont want to need anyone that would make me feel a lack of independence that I believe helps me to feel good self worth.

🤔 For me I'd say want. I don't want to have someone staying with me because of an obligation whether I've demanded that or they have created for themselves.

Wanted. I have an apartment, a little money saved, and a few valuables. I'm sure half the world would be happy to "need" (use) me, even if I'm not that much better off than anyone else.

I think we DO need people who can give us something we need physically or emotionally. Aslong as its the right person. They dont necessarily ahve to be controlling <3

Humans definitely need to live in social groups. They can live without them but I think they need them to be full happy.

I am much happier and bring more value when I’m focused on her wants and needs instead of mine. We all have wants and needs but we can choose to focus on them or on someone else’s.
