if fair= equitable / i guess that is an easy no
if fair means in terms of cosmic karma = no no cosmic agent
if fair means social agent = i think to a degree but not an absolute

so much of life is random / good fortune, poor fortune / without any predicable pattern but with consequences

Although I know whatever I might feel is unfair in my life. There's a guy or gal of similar age and circumstance in India or China or somewhere in Africa whose measure of fairness will be a lot less than mine !
So I suppose one must be greatful for what one has and spare a thought for all those who have a lot less and are somehow managing to make life work wherever they are.
