No. Afraid not.
Although I know whatever I might feel is unfair in my life. There's a guy or gal of similar age and circumstance in India or China or somewhere in Africa whose measure of fairness will be a lot less than mine !
So I suppose one must be greatful for what one has and spare a thought for all those who have a lot less and are somehow managing to make life work wherever they are.

That's not a valid question. Aside from peoples conducts all circumstances are impartial. The liars taught you that life in itself is unfair. It is people who are fair or unfair. This is the only kind of fairness. DO YOU TRY TO BE FAIR?

Brace yourself for countless people with a grunt for an answer.

@Givuparedy: Or not.

I was actually never taught that life was fair. Are there people doing that? That's just cruel.
How come there is no poll ?

Almost never. For justice and righteousness, seek God. For mercy, seek Jesus.

Nope, did you expect fairness?
