Yes. After insomnia and other symptoms that wouldn't allow me to sleep for days, I could see words on the bathroom wall when I was trying to shower.

Then, when I got out of the shower, came the floating squiggling lines as I was putting on my clothing.

Eventually, I started having audio-hallucinations of police sirens and what sounded like voices on a radio.

The craziest part of it was that certain audio-hallucinations only came when I was in specific spots of my house.

The mind becomes extremely weird when it's stressed.

Thankfully, I have not been that sick.

Yes. I was hospitalized with C-diff. I have no direct memory of this, but my husband tells me I tried to convince him to break me out so we could escape to the Yucatan and raise goats.

When I was about 7 years old I had nightmares and woke up with hallucinations, probably something I ate...I don't know but it was scary and lasted for hours.

A high temperature can cause that. Or thinking you're awake when you're not really.
