Yes absolutely, I think some people just feel more deeply, more intensely

Or contribute more compared to what they get. The thing is, unless you are a grow-giver, you'll be drained out pretty soon. Grow-givers are the ones who grow and give. We have to be strong in order to protect and provide.

@WildHeart Thanks for the BA.

I think, as with so many other things, that it's purely random chance

Born that way? Doubtful. Life just shakes out that way sometimes.

SW-User
Doubtful that it has to do with anything biological. It probably has more to do with the environment a person is in and if that environment is good for nurturing a giver. By nurturing, I mean that it encourages the development of that. The person doesn't have to be treated well for that to happen.

I don't think so; "As above, so below." Even if it isn't returned from other people, the love they give, they're really giving to themselves and sharing with others. So it's the same amount of love, regardless. Whether someone else even recognizes that love or not, is irrelevant.

Yes I do ....
There are definitely givers and takers in society. What makes them that way I cannot say. So my answer to you is yes some people definitely give out more love than they take in.

Yes... I think Im a giver and I thrive on the abilty to help others, support others.. it feeds the soul and makes me grow....

It is. And sadly those of us who deserve that ever giving love seldom get it because others ruin the game so to speak.
GwydionFrost · 56-60, M
We are all born to do so.

If we go with the theory that people's lives have a meaningful predestination, then I think so.

I be belive in this greatly. For example a friend I thought was mine BlackAtlas blocked me for nothing. So i showed love but really got none back
ExperienceDLT · M
Yes cause I have experienced that exact thing my entire life
WildHeart · 41-45, F
@ExperienceDLT Sorry you feel this way, life sometimes plays some harsh games. I still think as much as bad times come rolling in good times will to, just be patient.
ExperienceDLT · M
@WildHeart thank you I'm sure things like that have happened to many people not just me and yea someday it will get better I guess

SW-User
No. It all depends on the love they get and reciprocate

SW-User
Unfortunately that's the case sometimes.

Anything is possible I suppose.

Like a scratchy record... An LP that repeats the same thing. I'm guilty of being that person...
Actually don't know, but I did go mcDonald's, ordered a cheeseburger and chips was on an addicted one, if that helps answer your question Don?
Rippie · 36-40, M
I do think so
bijouxbroussard · F
No, I don’t think it’s predestined even if that’s how it works out sometimes. Some people are unfortunate enough to be born into unloving homes and spend their lives trying to make up the deficit. 😞
