if I plan on killing someone I will take that under advisement
and ask for a jury trial if I am in a tight spot ,
they need to prove it was premeditated beyond a shadow of a doubt ,,that is why Casey beat it ,,OJ

@Pambi Do you know it is not against the law to say "I feel Like "
and add any word you like .
Like a neighbor who worked on cars up until 2 am some nights
he also painted with out the proper equipment ,,so paint fumes would keep the neighbors with headaches
So I said I feel like tossing my zippo over there and see how late you paint cars then .
I asked him many times to show his neighbors some respect .he cussed me and went on ,until cops showed up and made him stop .
(so when he finally tried to get legal ,myself and all the neighbors showed up and the zoning board meeting and stopped his business from going in close to residential homes ) she was not as up on the law as she assumed .
His wife was a paralegal ,soon I have a yard full of cops ,"I made threats"
The officer was a wise man ,he said exactly what did you say ,and I told him
He went and told them I committed no crime ,
Had I said I was going to ,I would have went to jail .
I have been to law enforcement school too ,I enforced federal laws
they don't like cases thrown out over violation of someones civil rights
Its not against the law to express what "You Feel like ",,it all changes with
" I am going to "

Step out of a bar with a drink ,that is a common mistake
They are pretty liberal ,they don't want to run the event off
but they don't play on certain things
