@SW-User Yeah. I only worked there as a nurse aid, but it was me one other CNA for a hallway consisting of between 30-35 patients, all long-term/indefinite residents, almost all with severe dementia or some form of paralysis, working eight hour shifts. There's no way that two people can feed, clean, bathe, bedpan, and transport that number of people, especially when also having to change the sheets, talk to family members, and maintain a friendly and helpful bedside manner with the patients who could function enough to converse or be aware.
