Don’t let the cruelty of some people convince you that your life isn’t worth living.
No one’s disability is the end of their life or their story. It may change the way we live, but it does not take away our worth, our dreams, or our right to be happy.
My little cousin sister has cerebral palsy, and she recently completed her A-Levels with straight As. I don’t pity her because she can’t walk. I’m incredibly proud of her because she worked hard and achieved so much.
That’s why I truly believe that a disability is never the end of someone’s story. It may make some things harder, but it does not define a person or limit their worth. Please don’t let the ignorance of others make you forget how much your life is worth.
You make yourself happy, no need to convince others.
