I spend around that to get an adrenaline rush quite often. Find a cheap activity you enjoy, try skateboarding or biking and go as fast as you can

As long as your bills are paid you can buy whatever you want, I do the same.

I've spent way worse than that on similarly "silly" things that just make me happy, especially at thrift or antique stores. I just believe that if I earn money, its mine to do whatever I want with.
