It depends on how strong your Persec is ... meaning what you expose. If you expose items that can be traced such as...

Face, telephone number, license plate number, or use a similar name on here to another that you use on social media then the answer is yes.

This includes the face of family members... and also if you shared any personal pics you took in your geological location without removing the meta data.

Yes. If one is aware, paying attention and knows/learns a few things about you, nearly anyone can, with some effort. Sometimes we expose ourselves with little details.
