It's hard to let go.. even though it's around 2 years since no contact 😔

I recently had a friend of 30 years just go no contact. But then sees my mom in the grocery store and speaks to her as if all is well. I’ve let go of many people and as I’ve said it’s a weight lifted. But this one. This one hurts just like a breakup. Worse. She was my best friend since we were 12. So I guess it also depends on the person you need to let go.

Took me a long time to realize this. But I finally did, there was a weight lifted from me like no other. I hope for anyone who is having this issue will truly in time let go.
