I tried to read it once but got bored quickly. Its only for die-hards but if you are a die-hard give it a try.
Oh hell's no! Unless you are a devotee..I managed about fifteen pages, I know not of many who have managed the full tome...it is legendary for its challenge..

how is it challenging?
There is a lot of granular detail, it's like someone else here said, biblical, he begat him who was the son of him who was himself begat of her and so on...it's less of a story and more of a who's who fantasy historical marathon..but that's my opinion, give it a go, it might work for you..
