I'd say it's rather difficult to ''look'' for a muse. It's something that just happens. You see someone/something and you feel a click within you - that's when the magic begins. Although I'd suggest going to places that are connected with your preferred artform, as in music halls if you're a musician, galleries if you're an artist and so forth. You're bound to find at least a bit of inspiration, or if you're lucky, a muse of your own in such places. Best of luck to you!

Whatever works for you to give you that flow. For me it's long hair.
Interesting, because I have long hair. Not working, I'm getting it chopped.
@TalanE: lol not long hair for you. I meant long hair in the artwork !!
Nice! 😂

I don't think that's how it works.
Why not?
The person has to inspire you.

first look for some talent!
Me or the muse?
Someone on here once said, "I am my own muse." Seems to me that works out best---you can't lose that muse.
I'm just not "clicking" with me.
