I like almost everything on nachos. Except guacamole and jalapeños.

Hots on top and cool stuff on the sides. I like lots of options and toppings. A spiced meat or two, beans, cheese, fresh guac, sour, fresh salsa, olives, diced tomatoes, chilies, lettuce.

Heavy cheese, Pico de Gallo, some avocado, nice and picante! A handful of carnitas!
