Does SimilarWorlds sell data to others?

Any private data you have, such as email, info that you don't share to public, private messages, etc, we don't share with anyone or any service. (note that with private messages, the other person might share the messages you had with them)
We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

All other data that is public or accessible by our members, might be indirectly shared. This means that if other people can access the data, including Search Engines such as Google, then that data is automatically being shared by others.

We also use Google Analytics so we can have a number of stats of SimilarWorlds. These are very important for us, so we can know what is going on our website, as a Business.

However, please rest assured that we are careful in ensuring that only non-identifiable data is stored there. This means that just looking at the stats on Google Analytics, we don't really know who the users are.

Any data, that we need to use that identifies a user, stays in our own databases/servers, and we don't share this data with anyone (unless the user shared that data publicly).

We don't send data directly to Google Ads (we don't send location, interests or anything else). Google will use whatever data they have about you (e.g. your IP, or data from your Google account) to show the best ads they can.

Friends-only albums are only accessible by your friends. If you ever publicly shared the photos on your albums, those might be available to others as well.
