When I try to add a specific user as a Friend, I get "You can't add this user to your Friends list at this time."

This means that the person who you are trying to add as Friend has removed you from their Followers in the past.

- Go to Account Settings.
- Press the link to Blocked Users.
- At the top of the page, press Blocked Followers.
- Find the user who is trying to add them and press Unblock.
