Why does it sometimes take so long to get feedback about a Report?
Note that due to the large amount of reports we receive, there may be cases where we have already taken an action before we give feedback to your report.
Many times, there are other factors to take in consideration - some reports are more urgent than others, some reports might not give enough evidence, or sometimes we give another chance to the user, but keep the report active/unhandled for future reference.
We don't always give feedback to every report, even though we saw it and will consider it for future reference.
Some cases are very specific and we can't proceed with an action just based on that. However, once we see the user is recurrently offending a number of other users, we may take a further action.
