Usually i relax, listen to music, be more around nature, eat less, rest more and let the body heal itself for the bad health. When there is more stress outside, i look up to being around nature more. Nothing makes me more peaceful than Nature. :)

If it's some kind of crisis I start cleaning out closets, drawers, or work on a small hobby project. If it's long-term stress make a journal and put your thoughts on paper, talk to someone about it, take long walks every day, etc.

Short term: Get a massage and try to find a healthy snack that you enjoy. Long term: Pick up a hobby that involves physical exercise like dancing, biking, boxing, jogging, hitting the gym, etc.

For a temoorarily relief I turn to fetish role play to escape from reality for a bit. The problems are still there when you get back but you are better able to face them refreshed.
