Learn Braille, arrange my furniture one way, and start counting my steps to the bus stop I use every day. I'd also organize my clothes by color, and spray them with a particular scent. I would also work on learning to feel the edges of coins. In America, Quarters and dimes are ridged. Pennies, and nickels are not. I'm not certain how after I was blind how I'd figure out paper denominations, though. I suppose it's a good thing I use a debit card. :)

@bluesplayer: good. When I'm blind, just don't forget to remind me about the curbs when we go to the bus stop. :)

@ZenLioness719: You know I would most certainly do that indeed 🤗

Go on a road trip
I honestly don't know. I count so much on what little sight I have, being very nearsighted.
Scubaguy027 · 46-50, M
Ouch, yeah definitely worse than mine
@Scubaguy027: Presbyopia generally kicks in around 45, which means if you're already nearsighted, you'll probably have to remove your glasses to read---or get bifocals. Stay tuned. 🤓

I do have to take them off to read but this prescription is out of date I broke my other pair and have to wear these ones. For now at least I correctable to 20/20. I just don't know my uncorrected. Some of the corpsman in the Navy weren't the best. In my medical record everything from 20/200 to 20/800. The eye doctors never really answered the question for me.
