I got sick with bronchitis in January, it had been a couple years since I was last sick before that. I was taking Spirulina every day and believe that helped my immune system, but I had to stop because I have an autoimmune condition (rheumatoid arthritis) and my back and joints were swollen and popping all the time.

It's been a while for me until just recently. Now, I can't seem to get over this sinus infection from two weeks ago

I haven't really been sick for at least 6 to 8 yrs. However I have been living in a rural area for that length of time so it's probably from coming into contact with other people less.

Maybe once every year or so.
Now if I get sick for answering this question, I'm gonna be pissed...

I never get sick to the point of nausea, I think it's been 5+ years.
I get colds a couple times a year.

When I first moved to Indiana, I was sick a lot. Now I rarely ever get ill.

It depends if you have kids or not, if you are solo and have limited exposure to other people then you never get sick, so it sounds like you are just that. :)

More often than I'd like. Already had two colds this year.
