@Lostandfound46 I had a serious sweet tooth, ate red meat, pork, bread, sodas...I’ve cut out most of that. Occasionally I’ll have a bagel, but not like before. I don’t even do diet sodas anymore.

@Lostandfound46 drinking lots of water and cutting down your salt intake helps keeping down blood pressure at my age 😉 I dont know how to raise it higher.

@Beatbox34 yes, see some books on Amazon and get ready for some hard work but then, nothing is easy. If they offered me diabetes or HBP instead of this vaccine = autoimmune disease and cancer, I would take them both and just work hard at them
