I still have a scar from 1971 that is still visible on my index finger(still hurts at times)... due to my older sister slamming one of those heavy pay phone doors on my index finger back when I was in the 3rd grade back while walking home with my friends from our small town's General Store, and seeing that my older sister was talking on a PAY PHONE at our local gas station across the street...so of course KNOWING that she was breaking a RULE of our parents by talking on a pay phone lol, I confronted her while she was talking on that pay phone, where she immediately slammed shut that pay phone door, not realizing that my 8 yr old fingers were resting on the inside of that phone booth while scolding her for breaking a family RULE lol!!

Across my knee where I split it open. My lip where I learned not to run when the gym equipment is out at school. Many burns on my hands and arms from cooking. Burn on my tummy that I didnt feel. Csection.
unfortunately...they are really the only physical reminder of how badly I was abused as a little girl growing up on an isolated farm with a father that turned into a meth head and a meth manufacturer/distributor.
I am a walking scar My face was kicked off ,,literally ,face off a router cut a 3/4 " trench in my leg from mid calf to my knee cap Mom left a hole in my back with a buckle of a belt Lots of burns from welding without gloves Brown Recluse bite to the back of the neck ,one on the face I was ejected from a car via the windshield ,,I was scalped again Burn on my forearm from a manifold ,,burned me to the bone one of the most noticeable scars ,its pretty big Bird finger right hand through a table saw Between my bird finger and the next smaller one a drill bit went up into my hand ,,it slipped off of a outboard motor prop ,,I was pushing it against a step so I could tap and put a bolt into the hub ,it slipped ,,when it walked off the prop the man had his weight on the drill so when it slipped ,,it drilled right down into my hand like butter I pulled crab traps that night ,installed cabinets with a splint holding my fingers so they couldn't bend ,so I could work ,,I puked and passed out over that one I was stabbed in the back ,shot in the leg ,both by so called friends A motor cycle decided to ride me down USI in Miami on my knee It ground the skin off and my knee cap is flat in that spot the Va tried to say that was all that was wrong with my knees .the meniscus is shredded ,that didn't happen when I laid the bike down I have a 12 inch scar down my back ,it looks like it was done with a chain saw ,,I had part of my spine removed in 1990 ,it was crushing my sciatic nerve and spinal cord Yea I am no stranger to pain
@sarabee1995 NO ,the prop has a bushing in the center made from bronze the prop is aluminum ..sometimes they do whats called "spin out " The bronze turns loose from the outside prop ,so it wont turn the prop anymore But you can drill 3 holes in the prop ,and tap threads into them , then run 3 bolts (to keep the balance at high rpm's )into the bronze making it where it can be as one piece again ,,powering the boat Other wise when you hit the throttle the engine just revs ,but the boat won't go anywhere ,,,like holding a tire so it can't move ,but the wheel spins anyway in the center He was drilling the holes with a drill ,,not an outboard and the bit slid off of the prop and through my hand
The proper way to fix it is with the part on the right But old men fix them themselves so they don't have to spend money for the new part
Yes. I think most are from falling down or things falling on me. One on my knee was from trying to roller skate when I was a kid. Some are animal scratches. One is from surgery. One by my eye, I don't remember how I got.
I have one on my upper outer thy kind of on my butt from when I was about 18, I went to pee somewhere when I was drunk and slid down a big broken shard of glass... I was too drunk to feel anything
On my chin...from swinging in-between the till checkouts,my arms gave way,and I went face first into the hard shop floor. Think I had what's called butterfly stitches to help me heal
