They aren’t food establishments. They’re bowling alleys that happen to serve food. If you want a good selection of food that fits your diet, go to a restaurant or cook at home.

It feels like bowling and vegetarianism are two things that don't overlap very much.

Capitalism, if there were a big demand they'd have it.
They are not going to serve vegan just to be hip.

There should be vegetarian options everywhere... They can have those options and then the option to add meat. Veganism I dunno, at least one option or you might have to pack a snack bag 🤷‍♀️

There's always chips and French fries and that artificial nacho cheese that usually contains no actual cheese. Mine has fried mushrooms also.But bowling alleys aren't known for having anything nutritious on the menu.
