Love yourself for who you are. You are the real trend.

And besides, no matter the body, there’s always a group who still are attracted to you even when the “trend” is not your body.
Get a desk job, do fast food lunches, drink a lot of alcohol and spend the rest of your free time sitting in front of TV. This trend was created for the typical lazy denizens of the Earth. Healthy is supposed to be attractive- which is neither fat, nor skinny. Balanced physical proportions and a little muscle tone is what was natural and beautiful. What gets called attractive these days is entirely artificial and does not even promote healthy offspring.
