Always. I drink water like crazy.

of course. and im gonna add that you only need to drink water when you are thirsty this bullshit about needing to drink 2 or 3 litres a day was fabricated by bottled water and soda companies that know the more you drink the more you flush out your essential minerals and get thirstier quicker.. so you will buy more

@PinkPowerRanger if you work outside, active/do strenuous activity, when it's 90°F+, 2-3 liters isn't bullshit...
@wildbill83 of course. I live in the tropics and have a very labourous job so i drink a lot of water.. and when it comes to all liquids water is the only thing i drink... we need to trust our thirst and body, not some one size fits all guidelines

and actually, staying hydrated is the best way to flush out toxins, viruses, etc.

@SW-User Oh, yeah...my brother went through that. He said he wouldn’t wish that kind of pain on his worst enemy. 🙁

Yes, I feel rundown. And since I’m diabetic, staying hydrated is especially important.
