@SiB9898 quick little story may explain,when i was kid just before the great fire of london, (lol) my mum suffered from migraines,back then the meds were not good enough to bring her relief ,she would lock herself away in a dark room for days ,we kids were not allowed to make a sound.one day i was taking her some lunch I opened very slowly to find her banging her head against the wall crying begging for it to stop. i never forgot that day

@SiB9898 if codeine hasn't helped you should go.

It helps but takes a while to kick in and I’d rather not have them to begin with. They’re sooo debilitating and inconvenient. So yeah, I will try to get to the docs soon. @CallmeHopelessNotRomantic

I feel you. Usually I’m all for natural remedies but with these I pop any pill I can find 😩 @BrattyMel

I’ll try essential oils too but yeah when it gets too bad I’m all for meds @SiB9898
