You inherited it, unfortunately. Best thing to do is embrace it and own being bald. Then it becomes a non issue.

Do you pull your hair back, place it in a bun-like or binding style, lots of stress, lacking protein, hair products, lots of hats/beanies or hoodies or do you color it? All of those damage hair.

@DarkCrazyArtistGeekGamer I'm a guy, my hair is short so I don't use products that often, occasionally I will style it with gel or mousse but I don't really do anything to it.

@Ash4040 Maybe look into scalp massages? Pressure points (rub areas in circular motion). Crown Chakra.

It is frecuently an inherited thing related to testoterone levels.
I began to become bald since your age.
But alternatively, some other factors should be tested.
Stress, skin intolerance to shampoos (they are basically detersives), lack of some elements in your daily food, cholesterol.
Doctors may help if it´s not an inherited thing.

Have you looked up alopecia? My ex bf had a slight condition of it
metaldog · 51-55, F

That's in your genes. You inherited that from an ancestor.

Start the rogain regimen. Male pattern baldness was a gift from your mother . Women carry that gene.
