I get that it on occasion. Stretching out the forearms along with heat and ice works well. Can take months to heal though.

Lock your hands together in front of you palms together thumbs pointing at the ground. The pull back side until you feel a hard pull in your forearm near your elbow. Hold for 30 sec then the do the same with your other arm.
