I wouldn't count on it. If you plan to work out for a desired body or some other goal, then find a workout app that keeps the workout continuous (like over the span of days, months, years even and so on). Working out requires commitment in the sense that if you stop working out, you won't be able to maintain the goal you originally achieved. I hope this was helpful.

@generaljester The one I installed has 6 plans, from easy plan 1 to hard plan 2, and that means it has workout plans for 6 months. Besides, it has 5 type of plans (full body, leg, arm, butt, abs), and that means 30 months or 2.5 years.
