Get your hormones checked. it could be many things. but, it could* be Addison's, or a simular adrenal insufficiency - in which case it could be fatal if left untreated. You need proper blood work done; morning 8 AM ACTH, cortisol, aldosterone for a start, then depending on results, a proper hormone stimulation test; insuline tollerence test, or something simular, to check out the HPA axis. Don't put off getting it checked out. if it happens to be something rare, like addison's, then it can kill you quickly, without notice, so that needs to be ruled out, immediately. - its rare, most Drs probably haven't even heard of it, you'll need an endocrine specialist consultant, so need to get general Dr to refer you to one.

@Deletedlol the most dangerous, life threatning cause, of anything, is in general, the least likely.... - but given the possibility can carry the worse possible outcome, its always the ones you want to ensure it isn't first!- or at leat have in mind, as a worse case synario.... - Like for me, I found a lump under my armpit, a coule years back... "oh.... probably nothing" - I was right; it probably* was nothing; as it turned out, it was cancer, but, that was the least likely explination!; but, good job I went to the Dr to get it c checked... - none of us, Dr included thought it would be anything other than a inflamed lymph node; a normal reaction, to an infection... but... if I'd not gone, not got it checked out; I'd be dead now, rahter than in remission from cancer... - i seem to collect rare diseases now though, as I went on and randomly got the hormone problem I mentioned, or the very simular one anyhow... not fun to have, but I am stil alive now its being treated! - assume the worse, and almost certianly find out, its nothing anywhere near as bad! - no doubt there are a host of other explinations... I'm a bit too drunk to think clearly ATM though! hypoglycemia, low blood sugar is of course a more common, and possibly as likely explination as Addison's, and sleep can certainly screw up most things in the body; including one's hormones too, as it happens.... - some infections can give light headedness, dizzyness, hot/cold etc, nausea, etc... - yeh, we don't like seeing our Drs, or getting blood drawn, but... if it needs to be done, we're just gona have to go do it... - heck I just injected my med, my final one for the day, heck I loathed that at first, I must have injected myself three hundred times since I started, one per day... I honestly don't even think about it much anymore, cept its annoying to get up from the PC, go clean my hands, and 'stick myself' with the needle... hope it turns out to be something entirely nothing, but best get it checked mate...

It's possible you might be hypoglycemic. How much sleep are you getting? If you are only getting 5 or less hours a night that could be your problem as well. Even If you are getting more than 5 hours of sleep, you should probably see a doctor. I surprised your parents haven't taken you to see a doctor.

@htoad34 I've been to about 3 doctors and 2 cardiologists. I'm getting around 7-8 hours a night. It was like this last year and throughout the summer and now this year.
