I know what it is :(
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@Rbk192 Me neither but I'm crying because of it.

Go to the school nurse and ask if there are things you can fo at home to reduce back pain.

I know proper posture, stretches, and low impact back exercises help allot!

Hope your dad comes around. :/

Hang in there!

If you are truly in pain, call 911 or whatever the ambulance service is in your area. If your parents do not take you to have pain treated after you have clearly expressed it, that is child abuse.

put a comforter on the floor … sleep on the floor for a couple nights.

How is your pain now ?
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@account123 A little better. I do stretches and stuff
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
Make sure it's not a hernia. (you can't bend over at all if it is) Put a cold pack around your back, take pain killers.
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@MartinTheFirst I can't go myself. I can't drive and it isn't close enough to walk to at 9 pm.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@fluteacorn Walk tomorrow.
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@MartinTheFirst I'm not allowed to go down that road though. "Too busy" and "if something happens". I'm sick of my parents being dicks.
