Your hair really is beautiful. A bit of a trim would look good, though, just to blunt the ends.

I've thought about this carefully and have decided to post this further comment even though I know this is going to annoy or even upset some people here, but I think you should know (if you don't already) that long loose hair on a woman, especially a young woman, increases the risk of being criminally assaulted. If you have long hair, and you go out somewhere, especially on your own at night, or in a risky situation or area, consider pinning your hair up in a bun or other fancy up-do. When surveys are taken among repeat violent offenders in prisons, they say the first consideration in picking a female victim is height (shorter than they are, around 5'1" to 5'3"), and the second is hair length (something they can grab to effect control of the victim). Shorter haired women (or hair pinned up) are attacked less statistically. Since people are individuals, not statistics, you can evaluate this information in regards to your own situation and decide if it is worth considering. I can't quote the stats from their source; I heard them quoted in a speech made by an FBI psychological profiler at a seminar for law enforcement professionals I attended when I was earning my CJ degree a few years ago.

Hair that long is a safety hazard. You should cut it. If you do, please donate it to an organization that makes wigs for girls and women who have lost their to cancer. That length will make twice the wigs.

Beautiful. But it could look nice with a blunt cut maybe 6 inches shorter. If you do decide to cut it, donate it to cancer patients.

Get it cut enough to where you don't sit on it when sitting down but other than that you have beautiful hair
